Enhancing Atomizer Efficiency: Particle Tracking Project in ANSYS Fluent

Addressing the needs of our Taiwanese client, we conducted a thorough particle tracking project using ANSYS Fluent to assess the efficiency of an atomizer model. Our primary objective was to analyze the vapor spraying process and quantify various particle behaviors, including tracked, escaped, trapped, and reflected particles. Through iterative simulations, we refined the model until convergence, ensuring accurate insights into atomizer performance. This project underscores our dedication to enhancing atomization technology and meeting the specific requirements of our clients in fluid dynamics research and development.
